1. Is getting married online through Utah legal?

4. What is the first step to start?

5. Do you get the marriage license for us?

6. What documents do we need to apply for the license?

14. When do we get our marriage certificate?

16. What if one or both of us are outside Utah during the ceremony?

17. Can we get married if we were divorced within the last 60 days?

20. What if one partner is incarcerated?

21. Will our online marriage work for immigration or international recognition?

Utah online marriages are legal under U.S./Utah law. Some countries or immigration processes may require extra documentation (like an apostille). We can guide your document prep, but we don’t provide legal advice. Utah County Gov.

22. What is an apostille and when do we need it?

23. What’s included in your packages?

Both packages include a Utah-based officiant, a live ceremony, video recording, and filing of your marriage after the ceremony.
